alright, I need some help with my 82 115 evinrude, took the boat out the other day when I was heading in I had her wide open and she wants to bog down on its own and seems like she wants to cut off on me. I know its a fuel issue, cause I have to pump the primer bulb to get it back going, but it doesn't last to long. I have the vent on the fuel cap I put a little hole on it so itll vent. just doesn't seem like its sucking fuel from the tank like its suppost to be. everything on the fuel assembly is brand new including the fuel tank.
