Anybody work with goats?

I have a goat as an FFA project for my school and I've had it since october. I spend time with him every day and work with him every day. He still will not walk with me without being forced and he is still somewhat afraid of me. I've tried enticing him with food. How can I get him to walk with me and get show ready? Thanks!
