Advice on a bent blank?

Hi everyone, I would like your opinions about what to do. I am planning on building my first rod. I ordered an expensive blank and when I received it, from the tip down about 1 foot, hooks to the side. It's not straight. I plan on using micro guides in that section as I am going to follow the fuji kr concept. I would think to get a straight line path, I need a straight blank? What should I do?
