Upgrades for Springfield xdm comp series

I recently bought a xdm stainless competition series 40 and was looking to trick it out. I'm aware that there are companies out there such as zevtech that tricks out glocks. I was wondering if there where other companies that sell custom optics and internals for xdm's. I hate the sights on mine id like to put a red dot optic on it. I see a lot available for glocks but I'm not sure they would fit on my xdm.
