Sunday Brisket!
Trimmed and rubbed down last night, then put it on the smoker around noon.
Then added some stuffed Jalapenos to the pit at about 1630 when the brisket went to foil. Pulled the Brisket at 1745, and Jalapenos at 1800. Both were perfection!!
