Powder-Coat or Bedliner?

Looking for some input on whether to go with black powder coat or black bedliner on the aluminum work on a new boat we are going to order.



I know the difference between the two...just wondering about the ups and downs of each. Does the black powder coat scratch easily? Does the bedliner fade faster/easier than the powder coat?
