Lake Livingston area question

My aunt and uncle just bought a house on the lake. I'm not familiar with this lake and am looking for help on this. Where is it safe to tube and spend family time on the lke with the pontoon boat? And where are the areas with debris and stumps? Is this a good area for fishing? I haven't been on the water yet to explore the Area and figured I could get some help from this site. Thanks guys
