I have had a water softener for about 12 years. It is leaking now from the mechanism or timer on top of the cylinder. I bought it from a local company in Richmond Tx so it has their company name on it and really do not know what make or model it is.
Anyway they are telling since it is so old it probably time some "major repairs". I feel it coming, if you get my drift.
Anyway, I made some calls to some plumbers I have been referred regarding a new purchase. They referred me to Home Depot and Morrison Supply for a new purchase.
I have a 2 bathroom home, 2,000 sqft, 3 in the house right now, and on a water well. Any suggestions on make and models for water softeners.
Also in case of a new purchase any plumbers or know to to installers in the Fort Bend area?
