Im looking to move from Bay colony to the Taylor Lake Village area. One concern is homeowners insurance. I've shopped two different companies and the rates are 3-10 yes I said 10 times higher then my house in Bay Colony. Am I getting the run around or is this accurate? Yes I'm moving closer to the water, in a older, bigger more expensive house with a pool but I didn't expect what I heard. Does anybody have any suggestion on insurance companies in the area?
