A few days a go we picked up a stray and so far he's be great with the exception of him showing aggression towards a very small and old female dog we have. Sometimes he acts scared when you reach for him so I think he may have been beat, so I really don't want to punish him at this point. What can I do to change this behavior he has towards the other dog?
