I have been a member as long as I can remember and I really feel they need to do more when it comes to getting the messsage out to all that feel that our wildlife should not be given to a select few individuals for monentary gain.
When I talk to other outdoorsmen about what is happening with Red Snapper they are in total shock and did not have a clue, to me this is a major issue that is fixable via mass media.
The CCA does Billboards, Emails, Radio and Television for the Star Tournament why not do it to spread the word about Catch Shares / Amendment 40, The Share the Gulf theives have their billboards to spread their lies's.
Catch Shares will eventually do more at a Federal level to take more and more fish away from us than anything in the past. What we are seeing now is just the tip of the Ice Berg.
