03 dodge steering

I had ball joints and sway bar replaced on my 03 dodge 2500 4x4 and now my steering has slack right in the position where my steering wheel would be for straight ahead. Constantly have to move the wheel back and forth to hold it straight and wasnt like that before. Any suggestions? Thanks.
