Just now watching this documentary on the BP oil spill and the dispersing of toxic correxit that was allegedly used to 'sink' the oil to the bottom of the ocean making it out of sight out of mind. The allegations of harmful effects to the crews, and their families, that worked during the clean up are terrible; the long lasting effects of all this oil sitting on the bottom of the ocean floor, being stirred up with storms etc. on shrimp and the fish population is unimaginable as well.



What is everyone's thoughts on these issues/allegations? What if these the same measures were used during the recent Galveston oil spill, and what will be the long term effects?
