I am looking at buying 2-acres, building a 40x70 shop and having a home
Built and financing all together. Lot of course will be purchased 1st and then
shop built and home will take about 6-8 months. Home builder is taking out
the construction loan. I am looking for the best finance company to use for
putting these together at end of home construction. I would like to
pick who to use with the best interest rate before I purchase the land,
Which will be happening pretty soon.
Do you have someone you have used that has done you a good job.
