I have always considered myself a pretty good jigging slab fisherman but today was a tough one on me mid day. I finally managed enough for supper but I watched a couple flat out slay them trolling jet divers and jigs. I've never trolled but today would have been a good day to start. I marked fish all over the mid lake stops but had a tough time getting them to bite. Hopefully I'll get to make another trip or two before the holiday weekend rush.
