Houston area ideas?

I have 4 days off coming up and me, my wife and 2 kids (4 yrs old and infant) are lookin for a little break. We have been to the area a good bit but I am looking for some ideas of different places to eat, see, shop and what ever else yall may recommend. We enjoy small restaurant/dinner type places for food, plan to hit up the new Buc-ee's, take her to shop at the big outlet mall (any recommendations) and bring the kiddos somewhere different then the normal tourist junk. We enjoy Galveston (probably spend a day there), have been to Brenham (Blue Bell was cool), been to zoo and aquarium..... so what yall recommend?
