Im going down to East bay memorial weekend to do a little bit of fishing. I have gone probably five times this year and just can not seem to find any trout. I have done every thing you can imagine with rigiing techniques, lures, locations and everything in between. We have fished everywhere from deep reefs to shallow reefs to deep rocks and even the Jettis. We have been catching plenty of reds and flounder since the beginning of this year but just cant seem to find the trout. I have tried everything that i know to do but just can not catch them. In the month of February we caught a few keepers under lights at night but other than that nothing else. I like to catch reds and flounder but i prefer something that requires a little more technique like trout. They got me beat this year but i think with the warmer water next weekend I will probably find some. Anybody have any suggestions for me? the only thing we havent tried is wading because we attempted it last time but because of boat troubles we could not make it out.
