I wanted to let you guys know that Billy built my first custom rod last August and I loved it! It looked and felt great.
I only got to fish it a few times and put it up until a couple of weeks ago. I hooked a nice red and had an unfortunate mishap trying to land it.
When I called Billy to see if I had any options, he immediately offered to build me a new one and ship it to me at a nominal cost. He probably didn't have to do it but he said he wanted to make me happy and he surely did!
Not only is he building me a new rod, but I had the balls to ask if he could get it to me next week so I could fish it Memorial weekend and he said he'd ship it out on Monday!
Now THAT'S customer service, and I could not be more pleased!!! He really stands behind his product and is just a great guy to talk to.
Give Billy a call and let him build your next rod. You'll be glad you did!!
