Trolling motor shaft and thrust pounds for 21' Majek

I want to put a trolling motor on my 21' majek redfish line, But I don't know how much pounds of thrust and how long of shaft to go with. Can you please help me. I got the I-pilot itch. The boat has no tower or platform so it's just motor and boat. Thanks
