Summit Goliath Climbing Stand

I have a 1 year old Summit Goliath climbing stand i'm looking to get rid of. Nothing wrong with it, just not all that comfortable getting that high in a climber. This comes with the aftermarket wrap around seat cushion, which helps block the wind, really comfortable. It has 3 pockets on the cushion, also has a hanging pocket on the front, to put calls, drinks, etc. Paid around $400 for everything, willing to sacrifice $250 for it.
