Stainless hog rings

I need to make loop ends on some 3/8 bungee cord I have but I do not have any hog rings which, from looking on You Tube is what I need. Where would I buy 2 hog rings in Houston? I don't really need a pack of a hundred off of Amazon. Thanks!
