San Leon living anyone?

So I've been thinking about buying my 1st house...just don't know where i wanna live. I live in Seabrook now and work out of the Port of Houston..i get paid for milage and all that so distance is fine.



I've been looking at houses in San Leon for 90k-130k which isn't to bad. I love to fish. But any words of wisdom about living in San Leon? Good or bad? Thanks guys
