I have a pair of 2004 Yamaha 250 HPDI 25" for sale
They are about 500 hours
One motor is still running but has no compression on one cylinder. It need to be replace or rebuild the power head or use for part.
One motor is running fine.
The motors are still on the boat so I can show the running.
The boat is in Freeport, TX now
It time for me to repower the boat
