Just had one spot come open on our lease North of Langtry. Cabin, electricity, water provided. Five corn feeders and one protein feeder currently in operation. Family oriented lease @ 2k per member. If you just want a place to get drunk and act stupid....keep looking. My 5 year old is starting to come with me and he's not gonna come up thinking hunting is for drunks. Want a few beers no problem....drink responsibly. Only 5 members allowed so only need one. Guest allowed to hunt off paying members allotted deer. Good whitetail, blue quail and dove. No hogs yet (thank God!!). Lease borders Pecos river and has access road down to river that is traversable with a side by side or 4 wheeler. Members expected to put in time during the year to keep feeders in working order and keep things up not just show up every year on opening weekend and expect everything to be working cuz you paid your money.
