Lake Livingston Crappie TPWD Survey

Have seen a couple of comments that crappie surveys show a 70% reduction in numbers in the lake and the majority are undersized.



Anyone from TPWD given any reasons for this? Did seem like the winter bite in Kickapoo Cr was not as good as previous years---and lots of small fish.
