lake bastrop info?

Any of yall familiar with it? My deer lease if just a couple miles from it and next month I'm headed there to turkey hunt and I want to put my boat in the water. Any info or tips would be appreciated. I've heard its a great largemouth lake. And I've heard it was pretty good for crappie and catfish also.
