investor and business partner

I am looking for someone who has +10k to invest and also has a business background who can help me get my idea up and running. Willing to offer 30 to 40 percent of the business depending on background and how much start up money is fronted. The idea can be used by the everyday fisherman wether it be wade fishing, boating, or kayak fishing. Will not hint the idea on pm only face to face after a none disclosure form has been signed. I live in kemah so you will have to meet in my area. This is for someone looking to break into the fishing industry and possibly make great money fishing while working! I have very little background in business to take my product to the shelves of Academy or Wal-Mart.
