Hey folks. Wife and I bought a used boat last year and had a blast learning the LLM down south. Now she's preggo and we can't make the 6hr drive like we used to so we're bringing the rig up to San Leon (much closer drive). Thinking about making the Eagle Point camp our new launching spot...
I've fished SLP and West Bay before but never up near Eagle Point. Would love to hear some stories/tips from the community about this area. Don't want to take your honey-holes or anything - just some friendly advice and/or precautions to take.
