Did anybody fish the Texas city dike today?

Just wondering. It was a nice warm day. Anybody have any luck? If so, what were you fishing with and where? With the water warming up a little will the fish move more to the shallow waters down the sides than at the end where the deeper water is? When do the drums and reds start running? Sorry for all the questions! Newbie here. Thanks, Ron
