Consumption advisory for Galveston

Was launching my kayak in a new (randomly selected) place in Galveston. Noticed a sign which was saying smth about advisory in effect for this area. Decided to do a quick check. Dang, ENTIRE Galveston Bay is under "no more than 1 8-ounce meal per month" advisory:
