I need bids to build my home on Lake Livingston. We are ready to begin asap.
It is a home to be built on a sloping lot and will have a walkout basement. If you have experience in this type structure and are insured i would like to get a bid from you. This would include waterproofing of walls and drainage.
Only inquire if you meet all specifications of a reputable contractor.
