Cabbage question

I planted 30 plants that got a 13 degree freeze,and a week later an 18 degree.The leaves all burned off and there was no sign of the plants after the 60 mph wind blew the leaves away.Yesterday,I noticed little green sprouts coming up where every plant was,with one being big enough to tell it's a cabbage.Since they're now a month behind,and coming up from scratch,will I have enough time before the heat hits to make decent cabbage? We don't usually hit the burn up killer heat until the end of June and 1st of July.I've been gardening all my life,and can remember growing cabbage 1 time,and I love the stuff.
