Any Conn Appliances gripes, complaints, biatches?

I bought a 23,000 cool and 14,000 window unit with the money saver button, acts just like central ac and heat, price out approx $999.00. I have had this unit approx 4 years now with an extended warranty. The brain on this unit has gone out 4 times now. It was just replaced about 6 weeks ago and already needs another. Last time it took appox 3 weeks for it to be repaired then, The service man forgot to order the parts! Parts for this one were ordered approx Feb. 25 or so and still not in. I have asked them because of so many problems to replace the unit with another one and they will not. The San Antonio and the Beaumont managers of the parts dept have said they will get back to me in a few days and both are liars because they will not return my calls. I call and they say parts are on order, that's all.

My warranty runs out in May of this year, so I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY ANYTHING FROM CONN'S AGAIN. I have been a valued customer since the 80's, and every appliance in my house has come from Conns here in Baytown.

In my opinion, Conns suck, sells it, delivers and install good, but will not back it up!. Yes I am ****** very badly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
