unwanted pop up in 2cool

When I enter 2cool and every time I select a post to read there is a pop up on the left side of the screen titled "Related Searches". I have to hit the close out button before anything else can be done. How do I permanently get this to stop. I have ran ad blocker, Ccleaner, and Malware.
