I have 9000 acres in Mexico that will have 6 trophy hunters on it. Price is $4500 and includes one trophy buck (mature deer 6 1/2+), all protein, electricity, water, and lodging at a rustic ranch house (has hot water and elec via generator). Ranch is 30 minutes outside of Nuevo Laredo, just past the check point. We cross at the Columbia Bridge. Landowner is very hands on and arranges all paperwork/permits, etc.
I have one spot left, this ranch has been very lightly hunted over the last 4 years, and is being offered as a "lease" for the first time in over 5 years. I take my kids to this ranch, travel is easy, and there has been no safety issues on this ranch ever. $1500 due now, $1500 June 1, and $1500 Sept 1.
