Security system for lake

Lately I have some things stolen at my lake house and would like to install some cameras. I don't have any wifi or phone lines. Do have electricity. I need cameras that work outside. My lot is small and I come up about every couple of weeks and I'm not a tech guy. What can I install that would record for about three weeks at a time. Give me your thoughts on systems that would work and easy to install. Thanks
