Samsung TV repair?

Anyone ever have a tv that will just cycle over and over on and off? I have a Samsung that does this daily. Eventually, it will stop but there's no rhyme or reason as to how long it cycles.



Via Google, it looks like it may be a capacitor. Has anyone had a Samsung LED tv repaired?
