Looking to add a set of stairs and landing/deck, 5'x10'

I'm looking to add a small deck on the street side of my home in Bayou Vista.



I am 100% capable of doing the work, but due to windstorm and permits, I'd like to sub it out or at least sub out the permitting portion.
