Let my daughter go to the Rodeo.

I'm sitting at home my 10 yr old daughter was supposed to be home about 10 ( she went with a mother and daughter we trust) I thought we could trust. Then the mother in charge called about 10:00 to say they were going to Be home soon. 12:23 and no answer. This sucks
