Best snapper rod and reels?

I fish inshore almost every weekend and use Shimano bait casters for everything. I was wondering if i could get any suggestions with choosing the best lever drag reel for snapper offshore, as well as a good rod to pair with it. I was also hoping to be able to troll a little with the reels, which is the reason I was looking at lever drags.
