was talking with a 'banker' friend the other day,says he has been getting 'BIG' money loans approved, for all kinds of business projects, hotels, storage, marinas,real estate,housing.but says unfortunately no 'start ups' unless they have 50% of their own money, most larger financing only requires 10-15%. if you happen to need any financing...feel free to p/m me i'll get you in touch with my banker friend
