Dolphins and the bite

When the dolphins show up where I'm fishing, do they have a negative effect on the bite or not? I've heard from several people that the dolphins scare the fish off and I've heard from others that there is no effect and I should just keep on fishing.



Is it best to relocate or keep on fishing in the spot?
